My husband has a tradition that every Friday has to be fish and chips for tea. Now, I can munch through the chip shop version quite happily, but it doesn't really go with the Slimming World plan very well.... And besides, I would rather use my Syns on nicer foods. So, here is my dilemma... When you get to that end of the week, too shattered to cook feeling, what do you do when husband pops to the chipping??
I think I have found an answer, the fish with the batter removed is free. So microwaved. Beans and jacket spud alongside and hey presto! I have myself a convenient Friday night munch. Ok, so I miss the chips, but I just can't be bothered to cook them myself. Lazy Friday feeling has taken hold.
